After filling out her rental questionnaire she already had several places picked out before we talked on the phone. I wasn’t able to do a physical tour of the condo so Allison did a FaceTime tour with me and made sure to look for things that I needed to know about before making my decision. She was on the phone/email multiple times with the landlord/leasing agent to make sure everything was taken care of before I moved in. She even came and cleaned the condo before I moved in so it was ready for me and the pups. And left some treats for the pups as part of her welcome gift! While she was cleaning she noticed the stove wasn’t working and once again went above the call of duty and worked with the leasing agent to get a new stove in place before I moved in. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate all Allison did trying this transition period.
